How Our Incense Sticks Are Made
Our Incense Sticks are made using locally-sourced flowers and herbs and blended with dry ingredients like palo santo and lemongrass powder. Before the coating process begins, the bamboo sticks are dipped in Propylene Glycol to filter out black smoke, a common practice used industry-wide. The flowers are distilled, and then mixed with the dry ingredients and other essential oils before the final coating process.
In the off-season (fall & winter months), we may use dried flowers as local nurseries are not offering the fresh alternative.
