What are the shipping options?


The Blessed Bud ships to all 50 U.S. states via USPS First Class Mail.




What's your return policy?


All sales are final and not eligible for refund. However, if the product you receive is damaged or broken, please email us, including a time-stamped ipicture of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. How to time-stamp a picture? 1) Take a picture of the item 2) Open the picture in Photos app 3) Screen shot the picture. This will automatically create a new image with the date and time taken. 4) Attach the image to your email If you need any help at all with this process, we are here and happy to help you! All products are handmade by a team of humans at The Blessed Bud.




How quickly will I recieve my order?


Most products typically ship out within 1-2 days of the purchase date. Custom products ship within 3-4 days of purchase. Delays may occur due to carrier and/or weather. Please refer to the tracking number provided via email for ETA.




What are your incense products made from?


All of The Blessed Bud products incense products are made with 100% pure top-grade essential oils and other fresh ingredients like fresh patchouli leaves and ground palo santo. Fresh flowers petals are used when available, dehumidified flowers are used otherwise. No Blessed Bud incense products contain any fragrance oil, perfume carrier oils, DPG, chemicals, preservatives, toxins, plastic or lead.




How to store incense products?


Because no preservative is used to extend shelf-life, all Blessed Bud products should be stored in an air-tight container when not in use.




Where is my order?


You can track your order anytime via the USPS or UPS website. You will need the tracking number provided to you for this order. If you have not received a tracking number for your order, please call us at 904-414-3848 or email to info@theblessedbud.com and we will handle immediately.

No. The Blessed Bud is, and always will be, privately owned, operated and funded to maintain complete creative and financial control over its brand, products, information and customer data.
